Hello, and welcome to E-Girl Empowerment! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Gertrude Sarvananthan, and I created this platform to inspire and uplift young women, to discover their true calling, unlock their maximum potential, and become the best versions of themselves.​

This journey comes from a deeply personal place within me — one that has been shaped by my own vision that I couldn’t ignore.This belief grew into something more profound and personal – it became the foundation of the E-Girl Empowerment initiative. ​

​

I always felt a calling to something greater. I saw so many women around me struggling to figure out their purpose, battling self-doubt, and often placing their dreams on the side. They believed they have  to fit into boxes that didn’t reflect who they truly were. I felt like there was so much untapped potential waiting to be unleashed — if only women could see their worth, trust in their abilities, and know that they are meant for something extraordinary.

But it wasn’t just a passive wish to help. I felt a fire inside me that ignited the need to do something tangible.

Then, one night, I had a dream that changed everything. It was more than just a passing image; it was a vision that brought my deepest passions into clear focus. In this dream, I saw a space filled with neon purple and pink lights that seemed to pulse with energy, confidence, and strength. These colours - vivid, bold, and unapologetically bright — represented a sense of courage, creativity, and self-expression that resonated with me deeply.

Amidst these glowing colours stood a group of young women, each radiating confidence and embracing their unique beauty. They weren’t afraid to stand out, to express themselves, or to chase their dreams with everything they had. Above them, a name appeared, as clear as day: E-Girl Empowerment. It was in that moment, with the name and vision so vivid, that I realised my calling. This wasn’t just a dream; it was a call to action — a mission that I needed to bring to life.

From that moment on, I knew I had to create a space where young women could come together to be inspired, to grow and to discover their full potential. E-Girl Empowerment was born out of that vision, and at its core, it’s about helping women find their purpose, uncover their dreams, and work towards their calling with passion and intention. I wanted to create a community where girls could not only survive the pressures of the world but thrive and flourish, while embracing their individuality.

But it wasn’t just the colours that moved me; it was the undeniable sense of purpose that radiated from these women. I realised, that I needed to take action. I couldn’t wait any longer to create a space for women to discover their purpose, to chase their dreams with everything they had, and to live out their calling to the fullest.
